While trines from the Sun provide the collective emotional landscape with a sense of a well-needed reprieve, transits ahead confirm a political October surprise, a corresponding global shift of consciousness, and the summons for individuals to meet the same celestial prodding to carve a course of navigation suitable to make something great out of the remaining days of this year.
What I had in mind for this post shifted three times during the course of various drafts. The inspiration and intention of what I originally conceived transmuted during the process of writing. Following will be an encapsulation of the global trends that suggest the last ditch political efforts to influence the U.S. Presidential Election, which of course, offer widespread social and economic implications, which render the need for personal revelations, creative epiphanies and intensified personal determination to make good.
Ultimately the optics - or visual, real world presentation of what one offers up in October, present an array of expanding opportunities. While it’s not October yet, it’s time to perform life’s mise-en-place such that October offers optimization of all opportunities.
But first the political, economic collective summation.
Between the 22nd and 28th of September what’s going to happen in October is hinted - writing on the wall. The words tossed about trigger unconscious elements that sort the subtext. It takes a little time to wrap around it, but subtle decisions made in this era do seek betterment and impact the collective. There’s an effort to make a difference... a better difference. It only takes one noted influencer to initiate an avalanche of reaction.
As the 3rd of October rolls around, the times are ripe for a scandal. This should be a previously implied or known situation of relations involving power players. Now, relationship in pure Libra context means any one-to-one interaction between people. It could manifest as the relationship between two national leaders that grabs the public’s attention. Though likely known before, this time scandal sticks.
Late Friday 9 October likely one of those end-of-the-week news drops happens. This story augments the recent scandal and adds a twist. In reaction, likely a policy decision is announced to divert attention away from the news. This proclamation packs a wallop and likely economic markets nervously respond. But it’s the weekend. Look for the Asian market and futures to indicate how the collective economy shakes out come Monday.
Between the 14th and 18th of October, a serious hand of cards get slapped down on the table. What is known in this time is that Eris intends to wreak her havoc. Yet, strong Libran solar influences simultaneously seek fairness, parity, equality and inclusion. It does appear that the Sun can uproot divisive energy. Cheers to that!
The same astrological trends might be more interesting when personally applied. So, here’s a look ahead at the next four weeks or so. It’s a time bound and determined to shake something good loose from the pages of this year’s calendar.

Take time to assess what communication platforms serve your agenda(s) and which do not. Thin activity and energy spent accordingly. Determine which meetings and discussions stand to offer gain and which are a complete waste of time. Avoid those who want to make relationships a scavenger hunt. If there are too many hoops and you’re not in a gymnastics mode, opt out. Pick and choose situations and persons aligned with your agendas and your temperament, too.

Carefully choose words; follow them with well-balanced action. Say what you mean, mean what you say. Others observe your engagement in life to verify you do what you say. Negotiations, with fully intended give and take, regardless of how heated they become, do ultimately soothe the airwaves. Stand strong, and remain clear of the suction of argument and anger. Be firm with what you do. There can be cooperation within firmness. Such flexibility must not compromise what you seek. Know when to say no. Know when to say yes and when good comes your way, stop talking and graciously receive.

Charisma’s calling! Ever notice how those individuals so tuned into what they intend to do in life emanate a powerful, welcoming aura? Despite their strength, these folks are not scary - their vibe is captivating and intriguing. That’s because they inspire and uplift. Emulate every element of such magnetic souls.
Take a meditation moment or five to let go of any laments of hesitation, regrets for opportunities lost. Close the door on the life editors who seek to diminish your spirit and nay say your finest aspirations.

Consider yourself an influencer. Figure that what you know... what you believe deep in the soul of your being... is shared by more people than you can imagine. Someone has to be the first to say “it.” You know, to point to the elephant in the room... to point out obvious consistencies or inconsistencies between what one desires in life and the means of those pursuits.
This resembles the technique applied in magnetic train tracks. The lift (upliftment) eliminates friction (inertia and resistance) and the acceleration forward occurs with astounding ease. In your influence, serve to uplift and direct, starting with yourself, of course.
29 September Mars retrograde in Aries squares Saturn in Capricorn
Two things: It may feel like obstacles block your every move. It may feel that resources cannot be located to assist in fulfilling your greatest objectives. This becomes a “work-around” strategy cycle. Regardless of the roadblocks evidently obstructing progress, what can you do in the here and now to take measured steps forward? What resources might be available that are yet unknown or previously ignored or stuffed out of sight where they lie in the shadows forgotten? Start with, securing and placing all needed skills and assets clearly in sight. Devote some to looking and acquisition.
Consider recalling the freeing thoughts of transcending limitations via the magnetic model Mercury to the Shapley Attractor continues to provide. Lift before moving. Shoving and dragging, while Saturn in nature, may not be the most efficient models. If the weight is too heavy, that’s what pulleys and other tools are for. Efficiency occurs with proper tools and activity energetically applied over time.
3 October Mars retrograde in Aries conjoins Eris
Consider all life’s invites and snubs. Where were you invited? How’d that work out? Where were you shunned? How’d that feel and what did you do?
Here’s the better question: Where and in what do you find your ideal fit? This time is nothing more than slipping your soul into something more comfortable - like life situations that suit your nature and those who get and support the full essence of your spirit and how you do life as a result.
The Mars and Eris combo believe that anything else is a waste of two commodities that are impossible to replace: time consumed, energy utilized.
9 October Mars retrograde in Aries squares Pluto in Capricorn
Emotional wrap around is required. The question is: If you do what you yearn, crave and ache in every corner of your consciousness to do, can you, will you, permit what comes from your efforts to become as magnificent and large as it wants to be - even if overwhelming? In this pattern lies the consideration of: “What do I have to give up in order to have it all?” Avoid the purgatory of the anticipation of what might occur if full pursuit is applied. Avoid the purgatory of holding back while fretting the outcome might be uncontrollable.
When one engages in a completely soul-fueled effort it causes a time and space warp. No longer is the objective measured in “What must I do and how long will it take?” It’s measured in here’s what I must do and summon the energy to complete the task in a manner that would make me proud.

Two largest solar system objects operate in cahoots through a dynamic aspect of “get off your posterior and do something about it!” Invoke the planets to provide the insight to recognize opportunities that align with your greatest aspirations even if, especially if, they do not look like something you expected to encounter. If you’re arm wrestling, make sure it’s not with yourself, and if you arm wrestle ensure it’s with someone where the bets on the contest go to charity. That way, it doesn’t matter what the outcome.
The outcome that does matter is the plan you have in progress. Go back six months to when the realization of the pandemic psychologically thwarted life. Refine, edit, check and recheck all efforts. If a system is on automatic mode, monitor it regularly. Like checking the oil in an engine, the machinery of life’s lube may require augmentation or replacement. Should revisions or improvements be necessary, get on with them as soon as possible as the effort is realized.

Are you up to all this? Forget that. You’re already in it. Likely some psychic arm chair quarterbacking naturally occurs. You can second guess the second guess of the second guess until the cows come home. Engage and foster the part of you that is absolutely exhilarated with what you’ve got going on. It might be good to keep your cards close to your chest. Should you share too much about the efforts in progress, others likely reply with wagging caution, which could shove you back in second guess mode.
Go full throttle, smiling all the way with the satisfaction that doing what you want... what you truly want, fills your sails and lifts your spirit.

Reconfigure the perception of opposition. There are only persons and situations that do not line up with your energy. No one’s right, no one’s wrong. It’s simply a matter of organic attraction. Keep in mind, a captive audience might render bad reviews, especially if they realize the questionnaire is anonymous.
Propitiate to the essence of Chaos. Prior to Creation of Heaven and Earth it was Chaos that prevailed. Invite Eris, who loves Chaos in all its forms, to the party... as in be sure to include the rebellious, cantankerous aspects of your nature.
